How many garments do Rac n Roll bags hold?

A general guide would be

Large Bag: 1- 15
Small Bag: 1 – 7

Please keep in mind bulky costumes and footwear can take up more room, booty shorts and tops (tons of room to add more)

Is it possible to travel by air with Rac n Roll?

Both the Large and the Small Rac N Roll Bags meet correct size requirements and are check in only at the airport.

Packing Tip: If you are travelling by air, because the Rac n Roll bags have a soft top, we suggest packing your bag first then crisscrossing your rods on top of your items to give the top of the bag extra support.

How can I customize my Rac n Roll bag?

Screen printing is a great option. Many of our customers put their dance studio logo on their bags. We also suggest having a craft day (all children love to be creative) using iron on patches, fabric glitter glue, fabric spray, etc. Embroidery can also be done as an alternative to screen printing. We will soon be selling our own customizing patches, watch out for those!

What is the warranty for Rac n Roll bags?

Rac n Roll Bags are quality assured.

In the unlikely event that a defect should occur, upon presentation of proof of purchase, as well as pictures of the defect, Rac n Roll will repair or replace, at our own discretion, your product free of charge. Warranty applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Rac n Roll product for the period of 1 year starting from the date of purchase/receipt.

Replacement parts will also be provided at no charge within the 1 year warranty if deemed necessary. Replacement parts are available for purchase after the 1 year warranty period.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, it does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons or airline mishandling. If an airline or any other carrier damages this product, it is in the owner’s responsibility to file a damage claim with the airline or carrier.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We’re happy to accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal. Upon checkout, you will be taken to a PayPal page, where you can either sign in with your account, or simply enter your payment information without needing a PayPal account.

We will soon be taking live credit card transactions using Authorize.net and of course you can all us on 1-855-933-2995 (1-855-WEDAZZLE) and we can take payment over the phone.

How much do you charge for shipping? Who do you ship with?

During the checkout process, our system will present you with shipping options from FedEx which are calculated in real time from the Fed Ex API. Delivery time is usually 3-5 Business days depending on distance.

Shipping is based on your shipping region in proximity to our distribution center. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges may fluctuate and are subject to your shipping address as well as the order.

What is your return policy?

For any returns or problems please contact us at 855-933-2995 (855-WEDAZZLE) or via our contact form.
All returns must occur within 15 days of purchase from receipt, and there will be a $15.00 cancelation fee.

Please note that shipping fees are not reimbursed.

How long will my order take to process and ship?

All Rac n Roll orders are processed the same day. We ship all orders either the same business day or next business day. Bulk orders are shipped through a trucking company and are shipped 2-3 days after an order has been placed.

Do you collect sales tax?

 

We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state’s department of revenue website.

DAZZLE DISTRIBUTORS COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including California, and New York. Dazzle Distributors also collects sales tax in South Carolina.

DAZZLE DISTRIBUTORS DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because Dazzle Distributors is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.
