Do you ship dot2dance and dot2tap World-Wide?
Yes. We ship dot2dance and dot2tap to all countries. Even our largest dot2dance size called Enorme. Products ship with Taxes and Duties UNPAID and is the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be contacted directly by UPS, FedEx or DHL to take care of paying those fees.
How long does personalization for dot2dance take before it ships and what is the normal processing time? Effective 12/4/20 we are no longer personalizing dot2dance with NAMES. You can still personalize with EMBLEMS.
The normal processing time on PERSONALIZED dot2dance is 1 week before your order will ship. Due to Covid19 delays and the holiday season, personalizing dot2dance may take longer. Personalized dot2dance are NOT returnable.
Can I expedite shipping or personalizing a dot2dance? Due to COVID19 there is no guarantee of any shipping time.

Is dot2dance Returnable? Used dot2dance are NOT RETURNABLE.
Personalized dot2dance are NOT returnable. If your dot2dance has NOT been used you can return dot2dance within 15 days of purchase date. It must arrive back to Dazzle Distributors in the same PERFECT UNUSED condition it arrived to you in. To return dot2dance please email: info@dazzledistributors.com to request a Return Authorization prior to returning it. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund original shipping and it is your responsibility to pay for shipping it back to us. Any product shipped back to Dazzle Distributors MUST be shipped using a mail service providing tracking. This is for your own protection. We want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us if you have any concerns. If you return a USED dot2dance back to us, you will NOT receive any refund and it will be YOUR responsibility to pay shipping to return the USED dot2dance back to you.
What happens if I received my dot2dance damaged?
Contact Dazzle Distributors immediately emailing info@dazzledistributors.com. Please be sure to NOT throw away any of the packaging or damaged product. Email pictures of the packaging and detailed pictures of the damaged product to info@dazzledistributors.com. We will contact you back promptly to arrange for shipping replacement product.
What happens if I get a dot2dance that you believe to have a Manufacturing Defect?
Dazzle Distributors prioritizes producing dot2dance with the utmost quality. If it appears you received a dot2dance with a Manufacturers Defect please contact us immediately at info@dazzledistributors.com.. Please provide a detailed description and email detailed pictures. You will be contacted promptly by Dazzle Distributors to resolve the matter.
There are lines, pumps, or a leopard looking print pattern on the Marley side of dot2dance, is this normal?
It is perfectly normal for Marley to occasionally have some lines or a small pattern on the surface. This will in NO way effect the performance of the surface or dot2dance and is NOT a Manufacturer's Defect.
How do I clean my dot2dance?
It is NOT recommended by the Manufacturer of the Matlay to clean your dot2dance. In fact the more worn in and scuffed up it gets the better the surface will perform creating just the right amount of "controlled slip". If you absolutely must clean it we recommend using ONLY water.
Can I order just the name personalization or emblem alone because I already have a dot2dance? Effective 12/4/20 we are no longer personalizing dot2dance with names. You can however, order the emblems alone to be mailed for easy application onto your dot2dance.

Will I have to pay Duties/Taxes when my dot2dance arrives?
Yes. If you live outside of the U.S.A. it is the customers responsibility to pay the Taxes and Duties their country might charge.

How much do you charge for shipping? Who do you ship with?During the checkout process, our system will present you with shipping options from UPS or FedEx if you are shipping within the U.S.A. Delivery time is usually 3-5 Business days depending on distance. COVID19 has changed everything regarding shipping with all carriers and there is no guarantee of ANY shipping time purchased.
If you are shipping outside of the U.S.A. your product will ship using DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Delivery time is typically 2 to 7 Business days anyplace in the world. Due to Covid19 delays we can not be responsible for any delayed packages. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
