Do we ship dot2dance and dot2tap World-Wide?

Yes. We ship dot2dance and dot2tap to all countries. Even our largest dot2dance size called Enorme. Products ship with Taxes and Duties UNPAID and is the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be contacted directly by UPS, FedEx or DHL to take care of paying those fees.

How long does personalization for dot2dance take?
Processing times vary depending on the customization requested.
  • Personalizing a dot2dance with a name and emblems typically requires a 3–5 business day processing time. Than your shipping time kicks in.
  • Emblems ordered alone usually ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Embroidering a backpack can take 5–10 business days to complete.
We are highly sensitive to holiday delivery schedules and always do our best to expedite orders whenever possible.
What is our Return Policy?

 

We want you happy and satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us with any concerns regarding your order at info@dazzledistributors.com. Here is our policy:

Personalized dot2dance floors are final sale and are not returnable.

 

Unused Items: You may return an unused dot2dance  or dot2tap within 15 days of the original purchase date. The item must be returned to Dazzle Distributors in the exact perfect, unused condition in which it was received.

Return Process & Fees:

  1.    Authorization: To initiate a return, you must first email info@dazzledistributors.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2.  Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  3.  Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  4.  Tracking: For your protection, all returns must be shipped using a mail service that provides tracking.                                                                We want you to be happy with your purchase; please contact us at info@dazzledistributors.com if you have any concerns.
     
What happens if I received my dot2dance damaged?
Contact Dazzle Distributors immediately emailing info@dazzledistributors.com. Please be sure to NOT throw away any of the packaging or damaged product. Email pictures of the packaging and detailed pictures of the damaged product to info@dazzledistributors.com. We will contact you back promptly to arrange for shipping replacement product.

What happens if I get a dot2dance that you believe to have a Manufacturing Defect?
Dazzle Distributors prioritizes producing dot2dance with the utmost quality. If it appears you received a dot2dance with a Manufacturers Defect please contact us immediately at info@dazzledistributors.com.. Please provide a detailed description and email detailed pictures. You will be contacted promptly by Dazzle Distributors to resolve the matter.

There are lines, pumps, or a leopard looking print pattern on the Marley side of dot2dance, is this normal?
It is perfectly normal for Marley to occasionally have some lines or a small pattern on the surface. This will in NO way effect the performance of the surface or dot2dance and is NOT a Manufacturer's Defect.

How do I clean my dot2dance?
It is NOT recommended by the Manufacturer of the Marley to clean your dot2dance. In fact the more worn in and scuffed up it gets the better the surface will perform creating just the right amount of "controlled slip". If you absolutely must clean it we recommend using ONLY water.

Can I order just the name personalization to add to my dot2dance because I already have a dot2dance? 
Yes! Go to SHOP and select Name Decal ONLY.

Do you make custom size dot2dance or dot2tap?

Will I have to pay Duties/Taxes when my dot2dance arrives?
Yes. If you live outside of the U.S.A. it is the customers responsibility to pay the Taxes and Duties their country might charge. 
What forms of payment do you accept?

We’re happy to accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.  

How much do you charge for shipping? Who do you ship with?

During the checkout process, our system will present you with shipping options from UPS or FedEx if you are shipping within the U.S.A. Delivery time is usually 3-5 Business days depending on distance. 

If you are shipping outside of the U.S.A. your product will ship using DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Delivery time is typically 2 to 7 Business days anyplace in the world.

Do you collect sales tax? 

We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. DAZZLE DISTRIBUTORS COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus) California. Dazzle Distributors also collects sales tax in South Carolina.

DAZZLE DISTRIBUTORS DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because Dazzle Distributors is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.
